Kandi graduated from Kearney State College in 1990 with a bachelor's of science degree in political science and a minor in philosophy. She currently holds her life, accident and health insurance licenses, and the NASD Series 6, 26, and 63 licenses. She also has earned the ACS and FLMI industry designations.
Kandi joined Premier Financial in 1999 with eight years of insurance and banking marketing experience. Initially her responsibilities with Premier included promoting various carriers and products, recruiting new accounts and training agents on new products and sales ideas. In November 2002, Kandi assumed new responsibilities with Premier focusing on the contracting and licensing processes. She manages the submission and maintenance of all insurance carrier contracts. Kandi also assists the agencies and agents with the carrier appointment process to assure policies are issued and commissions are paid promptly.
As the mother of two young children, Kandi spends most of her free time taking care of her family. She also enjoys going to the movies and vacationing at the lake.
